Geopolitical Observatory of Digital and Emerging Technologies (French only)

The digital revolution is redefining economic, social and geopolitical balances. The Observatoire géopolitique du numérique et des technologies émergentes offers a forum for analysis and reflection dedicated to the study of these technologies and their multidimensional impacts.

Its aim is to centralise and produce independent expertise on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchains and quantum computing. To this end, the Observatory aims to analyse the geopolitical, economic, social and ethical implications of technological revolutions, and to encourage dialogue between practitioners and researchers in order to prepare for future developments and support public and private decision-makers.
