ARES Group, the network of European researchers on security and defence, will hold a seminar on 8 October, at 9:00 at the Leopold Hotel in Brussels, Belgium. The seminar  » It is time for the EU to fund defence: launching the EDF » will be the opportunity to talk about the national expectations regarding the European Defence Fund, and about the transatlantic relationships in the field of armament after the exchange of letters between US and EU institutions regarding EU initiatives on European defence.
