PESCO : national perspectives PESCO

La série « PESCO : national perspectives » analyse comment les différents États membres de l’Union européenne (UE) perçoivent et s’engagent dans la coopération structurée permanente (PESCO, selon l’acronyme anglais). Compte tenu de l’évolution du paysage sécuritaire et de la nécessité de renforcer les capacités militaires, la PESCO est apparue comme un cadre essentiel pour la coopération européenne de défense. Cette série décrit les diverses visions nationales de la PESCO et l’engagement des pays au sein des projets capacitaires ou opérationnels initiés dans ce cadre.
