
She is currently a graduate assistant at the Institute of Sport Sciences at the University of Lausanne (ISSUL), where she is pursuing a PhD in the sociology of sport. Her research examines how international sports federations address gender-based violence, particularly through the lens of harassment and abuse, within their respective sports. She is particularly interested in the development and use of the concept of “safeguarding.”
She also contributes to the work of the Global Observatory for Gender Equality and Sport.
Thanks to her law degree, she previously worked at the Bureau du Cabinet of the French Ministry of Sports before joining IRIS in 2013 as a researcher, later becoming a research director.Her research, primarily conducted for French and European institutions, focuses on sport diplomacy, women’s participation in sport, and sports governance reform. Under the direction of Pascal Boniface, she contributed for ten years to research highlighting the geopolitical dimensions of sport.
Actively involved at IRIS Sup’ as co-director of several classes, she has taught courses in research methodology, international affairs, public international law, and international sanctions.
She is a member of the editorial board of La Revue internationale et stratégique.
