The IRIS Latin America/Caribbean programme examines the geopolitics of a subcontinent at the heart of multiple global challenges of the 21st century: climate, energy, biodiversity, agriculture, democracy, inequalities, sustainable development, gender, migration, political polarisation, organised crime, US/China relations, new North/South dynamics, and more.

It offers current affairs analysis, in-depth issue decryption, debates, and contextual perspectives. This programme is aimed at professionals (businesses, decision-makers, journalists, etc.) and specialists (researchers, academics, institutions) engaged with or focused on Latin America, as well as the general public.

The programme relies on a team of regional specialists, following both geographical and thematic approaches, and on a network of international partners in Latin America and the United States.
