Gaetan Gorce is an Associate Research Fellow at IRIS.

He was a member of staff of François Mitterrand, President of the French Republic (1992 to 1995), and a member of the Parliament (National Assembly and Senate) from 1997 to 2017. He is an author of several reports for the Parliamentary Commission of Foreign Affairs (e.g. Russia, Burma, Refugees crisis, Data Protection…).
