Noémie Rebière is an Associate Research Fellow at IRIS, specialised in energy issues in the field of defence and security. In the course of her research, Noémie Rebière has specialised in energy security issues in Turkey and in the Mediterranean, Middle East and Central Asia regions.

Noémie Rebière lectures at IRIS Sup’, the IRIS school, on the challenges of energy transition for the armed forces.

Over the last five years, she has worked on energy and environmental issues for the French Ministry of Defence in various departments: the Directorate General of International Relations and Strategy (DGRIS), the Office of the Minister of Defence and the Armed Forces General Staff (EMA). She also spent a year at the École de guerre as a civilian auditor.
