Observatoire de la politique étrangère européenne : élargissement, voisinage oriental et Russie

Ces notes et études sont réalisées dans le cadre du contrat remporté en 2009 (pour cinq années) par l'IRIS auprès du Parlement européen (EXPO/B/AFET/FWC/2009-01/Lot1/01). L'IRIS est responsable d'un consortium de 13 Think Tanks et universités issus de l'Union européenne, de pays candidats et de pays inclus dans la politique de voisinage. L'objectif de ces travaux est de fournir au Parlement européen une expertise sur la politique étrangère, et plus particulièrement sur les questions relatives à l'élargissement, la relation avec les pays à l'Est de l'Europe et la Russie.
