Béligh Nabli studied law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (punctuated/attested by a DEA of internal public law, a DESS of European law and the Certificate of Aptitude to the Profession of Lawyer) and was researcher at the European University Institute (EUI in Florence) where he obtained his doctorate in law. He taught (from 2009 to 2017) the « European Questions » and the « International Questions » at Sciences Po Paris.
Béligh Nabli was a scientific advisor for France Strategy from 2014 to 2017. His work focuses on legal, political and institutional issues relating to France, Europe and the Mediterranean. His latest book is L’Etat. Droit et politique (Armand Colin, Coll. U, 2017).
