Béligh Nabli is an academic, associate professor and researcher. Since 2010, he is Research Director at IRIS. His research interests include political, institutional and legal questions. Since 2011, he follows the phenomena related to the » Arab awakening » and directs the Observatory of political change in the Arab world . His recent publications include: Understand the Arab world, Paris, Armand Colin published in 2013.
He holds a postgraduate degree in the University of Paris I Panthéon- Sorbonne. He is also a graduate of the Institute of International Studies (University of Paris II Panthéon -Assas ). After his doctoral studies at the European University Institute (Florence), he obtained a doctorate in law . His thesis was on « The exercise of the functions of member state of the European Union » (published by Dalloz , 2007).
He now teaches constitutional law, European law and international law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), and Sciences Po Paris.
